What is the Building Authority?

The Building Authority is comprised of the Ingham County Controller/Administrator, Treasurer, and Attorney for the entirety of their term in office. It was incorporated for the purpose of acquiring, furnishing, equipping, owning, improving, enlarging, and operating and/or maintaining buildings and automobile parking lots or structures, necessary permits, and necessary sites.
